2016 Corn & Blackberry Celebration

 

DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNINGS, WE HAVE CANCELLED OUR CELEBRATION.  

 

On July 23, 2016, not only will be celebrating Sweet Corn and Delicious Blackberries, but we will also be focusing on the hard work of all our Summer Olympians  We are welcoming Silly Joe back to get things started, keeping us on our toes and energized for a day of all types of fun family oriented games! What better way to show off your athleticism then to have a Dunk Tank!  A day of fun competition among friends and family is sure to a major win!

 

Roasty Toasty will be here from 11am to 4pm!

 

We are pleased to have entertainment from our favorite musical friends The Ultimates.  With every performance, they are sure to get you movin’ and groovin’. 

 

Pick Your Own Blackberries, Corn & other fresh fruits and vegetables begins at 8:00 am!

 

We will have special appearances from our friends…

Face Painting

Our partner, Stacey’s Face Painting, brings professional artists to Linvilla Orchards who transform faces with wonderful designs creating big smiles!

Pony Rides

Linvilla Orchards offers safe and fun pony rides on tame, friendly ponies with highly qualified handlers. Located in our Barnyard Area.

Train Rides

Linvilla Orchards Playland Express chugs around a 1-acre track near our Playland Playground. Perfect for kids and train enthusiasts of all ages.

Playground

Linvilla Orchards Playland Playground is a special place where children and their imaginations can run wild. Wooden structures in the form of trucks, boats, tractors and trains invite children to climb up and slide down.

Hayrides

Take your family on a hayride through our scenic fields and orchards!

Linvilla Grill & Farm Market

When you get hungry, visit the Linvilla Grill for a hot lunch. And before you leave, be sure to visit the Farm Market for fresh produce, baked goods and more!

Garden Center

Linvilla Orchards Garden Center features a colorful array of plants and an impressive collection of home & seasonal décor, toys, gifts and many functional garden accessories.

    Take a hayride to visit the friend witches house!  She will tell you a story and jokes and gives all of the kids a treat!  The hayride ends at a campfire where you can roast some marshmallows and enjoy a sample of our cider.

    Join us everyTuesday at 2pmas a member of our staff reads an entertaining story featuring gardens, farming, animals and nature! Children can also create a special craft each week! Primarily for preschoolers, but your entire family are welcome to join us.  No charge.  Rain or Shine.  No Registration required.
